Important commission terms

Partners are independent introducers/resellers, not employees or legal agents of Freshtiq. Only new, properly attributed and owner-approved deals qualify. No payment is due merely for leads or budgets; commission is calculated on actual eligible service revenue received and verified after GST, refunds, third-party licensing/hosting, ads spend, subcontracted pass-through costs and other agreed deductions. Project delivery costs and margin may affect special tiers.

Standard rates are 20% referral and 25% active sales. Any rate above 25% (maximum 35%) requires an explicit written agreement. No lifetime or recurring commission unless separately contracted. Refunds/cancellations can reduce or reverse eligibility. Customer payments go directly to Freshtiq; partners must not collect funds on our behalf, make unauthorized price guarantees, spam prospects, or share contacts without permission.

Approvals, verified earnings and payouts are controlled by the owner. Tax deductions, invoices and payment documentation will follow applicable rules. Full commercial agreement will be shared before a partner can operate.
