What data we collect, why we use it and what you can control

1. Who operates this website

Freshtiq Automation is the business-automation brand of FRESHTIQ INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Contact: hello@freshtiqautomation.com.

2. Enquiry and lead forms

If you request an audit, quote or consultation, we may collect your name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, country, service interest, message, campaign/source information and the consent choices you make. We use this information to respond to the request, route it to the appropriate owner and track the next follow-up action.

WhatsApp marketing consent is optional and separate from a one-to-one reply about a request you submitted. We do not use a public business listing as consent for automated cold messaging.

3. Website chatbot

The website consultant stores a session identifier, recent conversation context and any lead details you voluntarily provide so it can answer consistently and avoid making you repeat information. The current public chatbot uses Freshtiq's server-side approved business knowledge and rules. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card details or other secrets through chat.

4. Analytics and cookies

Essential site functions can operate without optional analytics. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the privacy banner. If you choose “Essential only”, optional analytics is not loaded by Freshtiq for that browser preference.

5. Communication providers

If you choose WhatsApp, email or another agreed project channel, the data sent through that channel is also handled by that provider under its own terms. Project proposals identify important provider dependencies when they materially affect delivery or recurring cost.

6. Hosting and storage

The public marketing website is delivered as a static HTTPS site. Lead/chat processing is handled by a separate Freshtiq backend. Records may include enquiry details, follow-up status and consent/source fields. Owner/admin access is restricted to authenticated portal routes.

7. Retention

Enquiry, lead and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain agreed project records, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal/accounting obligations. Where a fixed project retention period is required, it is written into the project scope.

8. Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask Freshtiq to correct or delete enquiry/contact data that we control, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements. Email hello@freshtiqautomation.com with enough information to locate your record. You can also reply STOP to opt out of WhatsApp marketing where applicable.

9. Payments and sensitive data

Public enquiry forms and the chatbot are not intended to collect passwords, OTPs, full card details or banking credentials. Payment instructions are provided with an approved proposal/invoice using the agreed payment route.
