Working hours & meetings

Published business support window: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST. That is 7:30 AM–4:30 PM in Saudi Arabia and 8:30 AM–5:30 PM in UAE. Project meetings are scheduled in advance with the buyer's timezone written in the invite.

Communication

Email is available for formal scope and records. WhatsApp can be used for opted-in project communication. Important scope changes are not treated as approved merely because they were mentioned casually in chat.

Currency

India, Saudi and UAE starting tables are published in INR, SAR and AED. The live converter can show indicative USD/EUR/GBP and other currencies. The actual invoice currency is stated in the written proposal.

Payment route

Payment instructions are provided only with an approved proposal/invoice. Bank transfer and UPI are used where applicable. International buyers receive the available transfer route before they are asked to pay.

Hosting & deployment

The proposal states whether Freshtiq deploys to customer-owned hosting, provides a managed hosting option, or hands over deployment instructions. Recurring hosting/provider fees are never assumed to be included unless written.

Source & third parties

Source-code handover can be included for the custom work Freshtiq builds. Third-party/open-source components remain under their original licences and provider accounts are identified.

Support after launch

The written proposal states the exact defect-support window, support channel and paid-change process. Managed support is optional unless the scope says otherwise.

Taxes & fees

Taxes, gateway/provider charges, messaging fees, AI usage, licences and other recurring costs are itemised or marked as variable before launch where they apply.
