1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, each project is unique and requires significant time, effort, and resources from the moment work begins. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

2. No Refund After Work Commences

Once development work has started on your project — including requirement analysis, design, coding, or any customisation — no refund will be issued.

This applies to all services including but not limited to:

  • Custom software development
  • Website development
  • AI chatbot development
  • ERP / CRM development
  • Mobile app development
  • API integrations
  • Automation solutions

3. 100% Refund Guarantee (Not Delivered in 7 Days)

If we fail to deliver the initial working version or milestone of your project within 7 calendar days from the start date, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Conditions:

  • The delay must not be caused by client-side factors (delayed approvals, missing requirements, etc.)
  • The project scope must be clearly defined and agreed upon in writing
  • This guarantee applies to the first milestone delivery only; subsequent milestones are subject to separate timelines

4. Partial Work & Non-Refundable Deposits

Advance payments or deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, no portion of the payment will be refunded. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of FRESHTIQ INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

5. Scope Changes

If the client requests changes to the project scope after work has begun, additional charges may apply. Refund policy remains in effect for the original scope only.

6. Subscription & Hosting Services

Payments for cloud hosting, VPS management, and subscription-based services are non-refundable once the service period has started. You may cancel a subscription at any time, but no prorated refund will be given for the remaining period.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve it amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
