Start with the repetitive workflow that consumes the most time or causes leads to be forgotten. A good first automation should be measurable: fewer overdue follow-ups, faster response, fewer manual entries or less staff time spent copying data.
What this calculator does not include
It does not include software cost, API fees, staff training, process redesign or the possibility that some tasks should remain human. It also does not predict revenue. The purpose is to create a realistic first-pass baseline for an automation audit.
