See How Freshtiq Automation Handles a Real Customer Journey
These browser simulations show the logic of lead qualification, booking and support automation. They are demos—not a claim that a real customer conversation or booking occurred.
Sales Lead Qualification
See how an AI sales assistant can collect the business need, urgency and contact preference before routing a serious lead to a human.
Appointment Booking
See a controlled booking flow that gathers service, preferred date and time, then clearly marks when staff confirmation is still required.
Customer Support + Handoff
See a first-line support assistant answer a known FAQ and escalate when the question needs account-specific or commercial judgement.
Production systems are scoped around your approved business information, integrations, consent requirements and human-approval rules. WhatsApp production messaging should use official or supported business tools/providers.

A useful business chatbot should do more than answer “hello.” It should preserve context, ask only the missing question, capture structured data, know when to stop automating and give a person enough context to continue the conversation. The same pattern applies to website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, CRM and booking workflows.
Freshtiq designs automation for India, Saudi Arabia, UAE and international businesses. Common projects include lead follow-up automation, appointment booking, workflow automation, WhatsApp automation and custom CRM/ERP systems.
What changes in a real implementation?
The demo shows the conversation logic. A production build adds your approved FAQs, service rules, CRM fields, availability source, staff ownership and escalation conditions. We also define what the assistant must never decide by itself, such as unapproved discounts, payment exceptions or contractual commitments.
Before launch, the flow is tested with normal questions, incomplete messages, language changes and requests that should go to a human. This makes the handoff predictable instead of relying on a chatbot to improvise every answer.
